Managing Partner & Director
Lizzie is the Managing Director and Partner of Act1 Global, a boutique procurement agency renowned for delivering tailored solutions in the luxury residential, hospitality, and development sectors. With 15 years of experience at the forefront of logistics, operations, and strategic project management, Lizzie has built a career marked by excellence and innovation.
Her tenure at 1508 London, a world-leading interior design firm, was pivotal in transforming 1508 Procurement from an internal function into an independent entity in 2017. This transition equipped Lizzie with the ability to navigate the nuanced demands of the luxury sector, overseeing multi-million-pound FF&E budgets and managing complex, high-profile projects globally. Under her leadership, Act1 Global has thrived, consistently delivering exceptional results through the dedication and expertise of its team. Lizzie is known for her meticulous, results-driven approach and commitment to providing a seamless, innovative, and personal experience for every client.
Steven Pearce
Head of Procurement
Steven brings over a decade of procurement expertise to Act1 Global, drawing from his extensive experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects across global markets, including APAC and EMEA. Known for his sharp commercial acumen and deep supplier knowledge, Steven plays a critical role in translating design visions into meticulously executed realities—on time and within budget.
His deep understanding of manufacturing processes allows him to interrogate every detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. With a meticulous eye for materials, finishes, and construction, Steven safeguards design integrity while optimising production and delivery, making him an indispensable asset to the team.
Emma Leith
Senior Procurement Coordinator
Emma joined Act1 Global in 2021, bringing her design expertise and a passion for supply chain management to her role as Senior Procurement Coordinator. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of sourcing premium materials, Emma plays a pivotal role in realising the firm’s visionary projects.
